These Terms govern your use of footlokker.com and purchases from FOOT LOKKER. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Website use
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate information and do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with our services.
Products and sizing
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizes, and availability. Colors may differ slightly between screens and lighting conditions. Review the product details and size guidance before ordering. Performance features apply as described on the relevant product page; these Terms do not excuse defective goods or products materially different from their description.
Prices and payments
Applicable currency, prices, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Review the total before placing an order. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable inventory, or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
Orders, changes, and promotions
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If availability, pricing, or fulfillment problems arise, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Contact support@footlokker.com promptly for changes or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Free shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders of at least 2 items, subject to shipping availability at checkout. No code is required. Other promotions are subject to their published conditions and eligible discount combinations. Changes to promotions do not affect accepted orders retrospectively.
Shipping and returns
Order preparation generally takes 2–4 business days, followed by estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for procedures, costs, and exceptions.

Content owned by or licensed to us, including original text, graphics, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
